The AM Quality Controller for Development & Compliance at Outfitters Stores Pvt. Responsibilities
Conduct thorough inspections of products at different stages including pre-production, in-line monitoring, and final inspection to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Prepare detailed and accurate reports on damaged goods, customer returns, and overall outgoing quality, highlighting specific areas of concern that require attention.
Support the formulation and enforcement of robust product quality standards that align with Outfitters Stores Pvt. Ltd.'s specifications and industry benchmarks.
Perform regular quality inspections and compile comprehensive reports for management review, facilitating informed decision-making regarding product quality.
Execute audits of suppliers and manufacturers to ensure compliance with established quality management systems and identify potential non-conformance issues.
Collaborate closely with the Sourcing team to ensure that all products sourced meet the required quality and manufacturability standards before they enter production.
Provide guidance and training to vendors and suppliers on quality-related issues, helping them to meet compliance and performance benchmarks.
Implement corrective actions based on findings from inspections and root cause analysis to mitigate future quality issues.
Engage with cross-functional teamsincluding Sourcing, Merchandising, and Productionto streamline product sourcing processes and enhance overall quality control.
