Outfitters Stores Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and organized Assistant Manager HR (Ops) to support our human resources operations. This role is essential in ensuring that our recruitment processes run effectively, employee records are meticulously maintained, and training programs promote employee development. The Assistant Manager HR will interact closely with various departments, playing a crucial role in elevating our human resources functions. Although this position does not involve managing a team, it requires strong communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration across different business units. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be adept at handling multiple priorities with a focus on improving HR processes.
Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment processes by sourcing, screening, and onboarding new employees to ensure staff needs are met promptly.
• Maintain employee records meticulously and ensure that HR databases are continuously updated and accurate.
• Coordinate training programs and facilitate employee development initiatives to enhance workforce skills and performance.
• Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and grievance management, promoting a positive workplace culture.
• Support payroll processing and administer benefits programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures, aligning them with company guidelines to promote consistency and fairness.
• Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as assigned by HR management, fostering teamwork and innovation within HR functions.
• Manage and develop content for social media accounts, especially LinkedIn, creating engaging posts and utilizing design tools like Canva to enhance brand visibility and recruitment marketing.
