The Senior Executive will closely monitor stock levels, ensure timely allocations according to seasonal plans, and manage vendor relationships to facilitate efficient inventory management. As a vital part of our logistics team, the Senior Executive will be responsible for overseeing the daily and weekly operational reporting of inventory allocation, dispatch, and delivery status. Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies for inventory optimization based on data analysis and supply chain trends.
Ensure timely allocation of inventory according to seasonal plans, collaborating with different departments to align priorities.
Monitor the warehouse processes, following up on stock processing and release to maintain timely operations.
Communicate effectively with the Planner and marketing teams to update them on the execution of product drops and launches.
Generate and share daily and weekly operational reports detailing allocation plans, dispatch, and delivery status.
Analyze sales trends and stock levels to manage adequate replenishment of inventory, preventing both shortages and surpluses.
Oversee the timely issuance of export documentation, ensuring a smooth handover from the warehouse to freight forwarders.
Track and monitor deliveries to designated Fulfillment Centers or stores, maintaining constant communication with freight forwarders and store managers.
Stay updated on best practices in inventory management, continuously seeking ways to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
