The Senior Executive will be responsible for daily social media operations and produce high-quality content that aligns with Outfitters Stores' brand identity. Though this role does not involve managing a team, it requires a collaborative spirit to work seamlessly with various departments such as marketing and design.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive social media and public relations strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across all platforms.
Manage daily social media operations including, content creation, scheduling, and facilitating community interactions to foster a lively and engaged audience.
Produce engaging content including text, images, and videos that accurately reflect Outfitters Stores' brand identity and messaging.
Monitor social media metrics and analytics, refining strategies to optimize audience engagement and drive traffic to our platforms.
Establish and nurture strong relationships with media outlets, influencers, and key stakeholders to amplify the brand's message.
Draft and distribute press releases, media kits, and announcements to relevant audiences, ensuring clear and impactful communications.
Design and execute innovative PR and social media campaigns for product launches, events, and other promotional activities to generate excitement and engagement.
Coordinate and secure media coverage to obtain favorable representation of the brand in various market segments.
Manage crisis communications by crafting well-thought-out responses to media inquiries and concerns, maintaining professionalism throughout.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams, particularly marketing and design, to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels.
Prepare regular reports on social media and PR performance, leveraging data-driven insights to adapt and refine strategies for maximum impact.
Stay informed about industry trends and incorporate best practices into social media and PR tactics to maintain a competitive edge.
