Outfiiters is looking for a DGM Business Intelligence for its head office based in Lahore. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for strategy, design, development, administration, maintenance and enhancement of central group level data warehouse and business intelligence architecture.
• Document, design, develop and test dashboards and bi-related analytical reports in support of business requirements and for effective strategic decisions.
• Be hands on as the core data modeling expert for the group and be expert in organizing data points, analyzing data patterns, integrations with erp systems (SAP for manufacturing business and dynamics 365 for retail business), creating data Marts, designing sql queries and etl jobs.
• Have strong hands-on expertise in predictive and prescriptive algorithms, designing real-time interactive dashboards through various data visualization tools such as sac, tableau, Power BI, Qlik, etc.
• Understand core business and map analytical needs through bi tool over central group level data warehouse.
• Be responsible for data standards, and analytical methodologies including econometric modeling, predictive modeling, segmentation, reporting, customer analytical and descriptive statistics
• Transform business requirements into data-driven analytical insights using drill-down and slice-n-dice methodologies.
• Ensure data warehouse is regularly updated and passes all data validation, integrity and sanity checks on daily basis.
• Have strong expertise in statistical programming languages (such as r, Python, etc.).
