Job Description

Deep knowledge in ERP Retail module (Dynamics 365)-Provides administrative and technical support for ERP system.

-Deep knowledge of RDBMS and advance DWH.-D365 retail integration with 3rd party systems.

-As a 1st level support provider, investigate and resolve application functionality issues.

-Partner with vendor regarding enhancement suggestions / upgrades and support cases.

-Assess opportunities for application and process improvement and prepare documentation of rationale to share with team members.

-To help end user in using MS Dynamics 365 Retail module and guiding them to data entry as well as conducting ERP trainings.

-Should be well versed in troubleshooting hardware and network problems-Experience of working with fashion apparel retail brand is added advantage

-Troubleshoot technical issues and identify modifications needed
