Store Plans
· Periodical Visit the site.
· Collaborate with the consultants and the store design team to develop the store plan by providing input on own area of expertise
· Review the plans developed by consultants, provide feedback and make necessary changes
· Assist Supervisor in the approval of the store plan
· Support the Regional Project Managers in developing project plan by sharing expert opinion on time and schedule of installation/construction
Contractor Selection
· Support Supervisor in selection of vendor by evaluating bids and providing expertise on cost and quality of materials
· Finalize the vendors (contractors) with the Supervisor
· Appraise contractors’ performance at the end of the year
Store Delivery
· Develop a schedule of site visits and implement it for inspections to facilitate smooth delivery and execution and monitor cost and quality of the store
· Receive queries from Regional Project Managers regarding own area of expertise (i.e. either HVAC/Civil engineering/Industrial Design) and visit the store for better understanding of the issues
· Develop solutions for the queries which will be executed by the Regional Project Managers along with contractors
Store Compliance
· Ensure testing & commission at new store has been developed as plan quality plans
· Conduct final inspection with the Surveyor & consultant to give the final go-ahead
· Ensure that the store development complies with the legal requirements as per standards (SOPs)
