Welcomes customers by greeting pleasantly and offering them assistance.
Directs customers by escorting them to racks/tables and shelves for suggesting items.
Advises customers by providing information on products.
Helps customer make selections by building customer confidence, offering suggestions and opinion
Always use your selling skills and do up sell.
Guide and suggest the customer for the new products/new promotions etc.
Must be very pleasant and courteous throughout the transaction.
Ensure stock availability / display of the products and cleanliness of the racks/table/shelves.
Maintain highest level of customer services and cleanliness in all work assignments.
Must be having thorough knowledge of all products.
Notify the manager about any product shortage/ damage and replenishment.
Attend training on sales and product knowledge as required
