  •  Oversee cash, stock record, audit and sales control system.
  •  Maintain a high standard of time keeping, attendance and keep your manager informed at all times should you have any anticipated difficulties.
  •  Assist Branch manager in timely opening and closing of the shop.
  •  Assist Branch manager in sales staff availability, displaying items as per category, style and sizes, best seller and replenishment.
  •  Assist Branch manager in development, staff scheduling, motivation, training, performance management, attendance control, disciplinary matters.
  •  Assist Branch manager in ensuring customer services and selling, complaint and claim handling.
  •  Product knowledge-develop your own product knowledge and that of the team, by using Outfitters training manuals and other training opportunities.
  • Ensure that product knowledge is used effectively in assisting customers in their product choice.
  •   Assist Branch manager in effective and efficient administration.
  • Maintain accurate and clear records and produce regular management reports as required.
  •  Report any theft or misuse of stock to a Branch manager.
  • Maintain good standards in safety also remain alert to security risks and potential theft.
