  • Build and shape process excellence and efficiency
  • Maintain and improve engagement with internal and external stakeholders 
  • Performance management for the supply chain across the group to ensure seamless flow of materials and services through continuous process improvements
  • Responsible for monitoring and mitigating any Supply Chain operational risks.
  • Driving automation opportunities and working closely with technology and other teams
  • Working with suppliers to identify and implement improved replenishment programs
  • Developing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics for the portfolio of programs and providing visibility to progress
  • Ensure a seamless, structured integration across the purchase-to-pay process and alignment with the Contract Lifecycle management.
  • Collaborate with internal controls on the system audits. Proposes and implements remediation to audit findings.
  • Measure & increase policy compliance and process performance by focusing on lean & consistent processes.
  • Develop and maintain Business Continuity plans for critical processes
