  • Manage all recruitment and selection of all retail staff of South region with the help of medium like Rozee, LinkedIn.
  • Assist Manager HR in maintaining and development of structure of current and new stores based upon approved HC budget.
  • Custodian of all JDs documents of retail .
  • Develop an onboarding and orientation plan for retail staff in general covering all the process and policies related to retail only.
  • Manage to comply all HR related documentation i.e appointment letter, experience certificates and other.
  • Ensure all documentation related to employee life cycle with outfitters retail has been managed properly in system and in files.
  • Ensure that all HR operations documentation has been managed properly in HR ERPs (SAP and D365) on timely manner.
  • Generate monthly summary of new joiners including their dependent till ABM to send their detail and keeping a record of it.
  • Ensure all change request letter have been issued to employees on timely manger and all the data has been incorporated in system and file .
  • Suggest and implement new OD related initiative in retail in order to develop a great culture.
