Supply Chain Contracts Manager

Job Description (total positions: 1, posted on: Dec 20, 2021)

  • Plan, organize, direct and control the contract function
  • Ensure best possible allocation of the right resource for the right task/opportunity within the contracting function
  • Manage and oversee the execution of contracting activities (Pre- and Post-award) conducted by the function, including but not limited to sourcing, tendering, evaluation, award, contract management, claims and closeout
  • Develop and implement contracting plans
  • Implementing client contract requirements and ensuring client flow down provisions are incorporated into tenders, contracts and contracting Plan
  • Perform contracting duties including key responsibility for negotiations, troubleshooting and act as an escalation point for issues between the functional staff and various stakeholders and contractors/subcontractors Work with the Supply Chain team to ensure that appropriate legal requirements are included in contract terms and monitoring.
  • Building strong working relationships across the Supply Chain Management department to develop an understanding of current legislation
  • Providing guidance on sharing of sensitive data along the supply line while still maintaining an adequate level of protection.
